Light aromas of cherry, rosrmary, thyme, and black pepper on the nose. The palate is dark and herbaceous with cassis, raisin, savory herbs, and earthy notes of dirt and ash. Certainly not a traditional cab and definitely South American; needs time to develop. Medium+ body with chewy tannins and a savory medium finish.
