Fantastic acid. After an hour game leather and horseback. Still had perfect acid and very nice silky texture with just a little tannins on the finish. Medium minus body made it a great bottle to drink on this cool spring night. A little red and blue fruit on the nose and palate kept the game notes in check. Such a pleasure to drink.
