Innovation Series Supernova Zweigelt

As close to an American Lambrusco as you can get, with a rich nose of dark red plum, jammy raspberry and fresh black cherry. A deep fizzy, medium body, with some surprising tannins that truly dry things out, but leave with a fresh feeling! The palate itself is big with the dark fruit, but still maintains the dryness despite some woody and malolactic elements with a hint of celery like flavor at the finish.
