Harsh
All negatives at first, notice the diesel type taste then the sour aspect then the harsh burn... Each negative element eventually evolves.
Only balance at first: tannins.
After 2hrs decanting..omg so much better! Everything balances out. Acidity remains an issue but everything else smoothens. Would get it again but wouldn't drink before 2hrs in decanter.

Smell: of matches initially, then ripe cherry/chocolate
Taste: light initial flavor, cherry, slight astringency that diminished the longer it was open. woody, stronger acid and tannins.
