Interesting. Genuinely tastes like 50-50 white wine and apple cider :) Sweet, juicy, solid acid, prominent golden apple and pear. Decently lingering flavor, but I can't get away from the apple juice vibes. Heavy like a Riesling (vs the austerity of most Italian whites I've had).
