2013 cab from the Castello de Amorosa! Thank you Donn for the recommendations! This is a great cab! Raspberry blackberry and Black licorice dominate the palate. No spice, no butter , but yet silky smooth. Mild oak on the finish very dry. Now I need a big steak!

Jul 16th, 2019Castello di Amorosa 2013 cab sauv from the Diamond Mountain District. The alcohol is 14.8 percent. The color is dark dark purple , almost black. The bouquet is french lavendar and soil. The initial palate is dark fruits and cherry pie. The mid palate is oak and spice. Then comes the mildly sry finish with hints of chocolate and fig!!!! Yummy yum yum in my tummy!!!!! Buy buy buy!!!!!
