Au nez on sait où on est, on a la barrique, la vanille, les bleuets, en bouche c’est pareil, le fruit est en retrait, mais on a l’élevage, un peu de sucrosité, fruits murs/compoté. Bien que le vin soit encore opaque, je crois qu’il est sur son plateau, je vais pousser ma dernière pour au moins un autre 5 ans minimum juste par curiosité.

Great cab that has aged quite gracefully. Dark plum, spice, black raspberry, high acid but still round. Paired perfectly with with the venison tenderloin and garlic mashed potatoes. Still has a lot of life in it yet, fruit dominated yet.
