White Bordeaux Blend
Top Notes For
Freddy R. Troya

This is an exotic white blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon, coming from the clay and limestone soils of the Garonne gravel by the Pessac-Léognan Appellation, deemed as the best producing area of dry white wines in the Bordeaux region.
A delicate and almost translucid greenish hue with a powerful and inviting citrus aromas. The Semillon grapes provide a distinctive structure to the uplifting Sauvignon grapes and push the intensity finish on the palate. Interchanges a great taste mix of yellow stone fruits and tropical in the mid-range of the palate. The mouthfeel is beautifully balanced with a subtle salinity on the back end. It pairs phenomenal with raw fish dishes; Sashimi, Sushi, Ceviche and other “Al Crudo” Cuisine.
