Mar 15th, 2020I think it's dry, or super dry. I can't find any sweetness in a glass. The nose is short, a plum, a dark chocolate (also the palate). High acidity. I find it interesting. But maybe I should wait a few more years with an opening, I don't know.

Opened up a bit but still too jammy. Plenty of blackberry and mushroom on the palate. Plum and chocolate dominates the texture. Not a huge fan.
