Black fruit, slight spice and a oh so smooth finish. Rocked it with prime rib at vineyard rose restaurant last night.

On the nose we had licorice and blackberries. Plenty of flavors on the tongue of blackberries, blueberries, plums and spice. Took a while to open up, but was worth the wait.

Not an overpowering or intense cabernet like so many others. This has a subtler character that paired nicely with an excellent steak.
