Dark ruby. Alcohol is heavy on the bouquet. Ripe cherry and pomegranate if you can get past the alcohol. Full-bodied. Cherry and fig first. Finishes with some added leather a hint of clove.

This wine has a nice bright pomegrante color. I'm not sure what I'm getting on the nose because I am new to this and have now a limited vocabulary. I can definitely smell alcohol, berries, perhaps some unknown spices. Maybe even vanilla.
Not seeing any legs so I believe this is pretty light bodied. On the mouth slightly tart and semi dry. Again I don't know what aim tasting here but it's the same as smells. Red berries, maybe raspberries and there's a floweriness roses. It's warming and taste good with a pizza hot pocket. Very smooth. I'd bet this is medium to high in alcohol. Also, getting some medium tanniness.
Usually I'm not into reds but for $12 I'm happy with the purchase.
