Reserve Hand Harvested Malbec

Light, medium-bodied, Argentinian Malbec, with plum notes and spice, medium acid and fine tannin, served with lamb chops on the grill

This 2016 Malbec is tangy in 2018. It needs a strong cheese or a strong red meat dish to go with it.

It’s good

Big red fruit flavors with noticeable tobacco undertones. Mouth puckeringly dry (though in fairness, I don’t think I’ve had enough water today.)

OK, bit thin.

Gift from the Tartt’s. Nice body and flavor

Sour. Not spicer like I wanted from a Malbec.
