WNH event number 4. Perfect Pizza Pairing bottles. Not a bad bottle in the bunch!
Had the ‘15 Bootleggers last night, why not open its counterpart? This is more red fruit dominant and the fruit isn’t as extracted. Higher acidity and the red fruit is spicy. Black pepper/peppercorn too. Thanks for opening these @Bill Bender .

Big. Deep and brooding Pinot. Double blind had some calling it as a Syrah.

Well I’m not a Pinot guy, this is pretty awesome. Rich and smooth with black fruit and a hint of black pepper on the pallet. this should last for quite a few years

Light ruby color. Interesting notes of blue fruit with a slight minerality hint. Elegant tastes of Wild berries, blackberries and dark chocolate with a hint of earthiness. Very Burgundian in style in my opinion.
