Dry hopped cider- it's almost like apple beer! The hops come through floral, grassy and lovely with only minimal aggressiveness and a tense bitter/acid balance, dry crisp and lingering complex, herbaceous flavors. Would pair with a citrusy salad, and some quality weed. #hypothetically
