Collecapretta (Vittorio Mattioli)
Lautizio Umbria Ciliegiolo
Umbria, Italy
Collecapretta Lautizio 2016: Clean. Natural. Non-filtered. 100% Ciliegiolo from the Umbria region of Italy, offering a unique softness with notes of strawberry, cherry & balsamic. All in all, it was a beautiful pairing with the outstanding, vivid flavors & local ingredients from @passionfishpg Such a great (& realistically priced) wine menu & outstanding food! A must try if you are ever in the area! Cheers🍷

Would have liked more expressive fruit. A bit of an acid đź’Ł out of balance but undeniably interesting.

F-ing great. Shouldn’t have expected less from SelectioNatural. Funky cherry classic natural wine.

Rustic, earthy, dense and jammy. Nose is completely diff from the retro nasal. Had a great convo about what we experienced with this wine. Some said tomato bisque, some said spaghetti, some said cranberry. Either way it’s a beautiful wine that leaves you wondering what the hell is dancing around us.
