Wow! Spent an hour in decanter and so worthwhile to wait. Beautiful flavor of blackberry and currants with a nice tanin structure. Haven't tried the newer vintages. So glad to find this 2009. Freddy Constant is sorely missed!

Great nose and awesome atmosphere at restaurant so far....after 20 minutes, it was pleasing to the nose, but needs time or a much longer decant. Extremely powerful and bold, but very high in OH even if the numbers don't confirm it. Had high expectations so take that into account, but solid wine overall.
