There's all kinds of great value flowing out of Argentina, and this just happens to be another great Malbec. Deep, inky red with a purple hue to the rim, and fresh toasted coffee, green pepper, and cocoa billowing out of the bowl. On the pallet, black plum was plentiful, coexisting with notes of vanilla extract, potter soil, and rich tannins. Although this Malbec was young and is meant for consumption at a young age, it could still benefit from a few years maturation.
