Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Tastes of fig and blackberry. Slightly tannic. Ruby red in color. Enjoying some time off from work at an out of town conference. Obviously we are being treated very well! 😁

Full of flavor while subtle at the same time. An easy drinker. One of the best cabs I've had.

DMGCC House Cab

Dry upfront, but it doesn’t last long. Leans more on the fruitier side with the black Cherry and currant.

Citrusy, mineraly and fresh. Very crisp. Acidity is really nice.
