Reserve Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Tannins soft, fruit in check. Had a dusty finish that could have been Rutherford. But lacked the expected intensity and complexity of a reserve.

First Daou in a long time. Surprised at the elegance of this Paso Cabernet. Over delivers at price pint. 2018 Reserve.

Excellent cab

Chocolate and silk. Long finish.

Earthy. Chewy. Berry. Pleasing aroma, great taste. Must have again.

The best cab. 3 day old bottle and it stands up

Good cab but non reserve was almost as good. To me not worth the price over the base cab

Heavy tannins

Just discovered this wine. It’s a real bargain. Dark , chewy cab ! Earthy. A buy!!
