V11. Delicious. Soft cedar and smoke nose. Rich, juicy, blackberry fruit. Earthy black pepper finish. Nicely balanced. Great bbq or wing wine.

Ensconced in velvet. Silky wine. Violet chocolate and earthy spice notes with nice honey and acidity from the Viognier. Hello northern Rhône. 😍

Really aromatic- Violets, slight asparagus, beets, dark chocolate. Light mouthfeel with good acidity. No real Oak impact

Flowered flavor in density Syrah's taste. Not so spicy, good balance @1380, Nongtang, 170807
