'Standard' label Del Dotto Cab. Total winner. Nice whiff and of vanilla and stewed rhubarb. Palate is rich red fruit, milk chocolate, cinnamon, baking spice, and black cherries smoldering on a bed of cedar chips. I usually buy their upper end stuff- this is a good reminder that even their entry level wines rock. Doesn't need much time or air- ready to roll.
