La Charme aux Prêtres Marsannay Pinot Noir

I opened this two days ago and totally miscalled it. It just needed air. It has now blossomed into something elegant and pretty and floral and sweet and elementally burgundy. That fact that it took so long and still has ample tannin, acidity and body on a lithe frame makes me think I'm less stupid for having bought a half case of the stuff. for the record: I was wrong. Need to be more patient...
