Le Haut de la Butte Bourgueil Cabernet Franc

Beautiful depth and finesse. Definitely some brett but it actually seemed to recede a bit with air. Raspberry jam, green peppercorn, tobacco leaf and bitter chocolate with an earthy graphite note on the back that brings to mind gravel and river rocks.

Le haut de la Butte. V clean, crisp, M length, good acidity.

17+ delicious at cellar temperature. Fruit driven but good length.
