Delicious, but frustratingly short. When you start to get to get excited it finishes...

Tertiary flavours, cherry and cedar wood notes. Really opened up after a long decant. With lamb shoulder. Yum!

Bone dry but a little fruity. Very good!

17. Doesn't show age, still has fruit, but not as interesting as I recall my last bottle to be. Still have a few more, so we'll see.

Very syrah. Ripe and generously showing its secondaries...! Awesome wine, one of the best Trevallons I had.
