Beautiful white burg. Floral, pineapple, green banana, lemon zest. Gentle acidity, oily texture and a long semi-dry finish. Medium-full bodied. 12.5% abv. With yesterday’s French onion soup. Could have used a bit more acid with the pairing, but otherwise great!
