I was surprised to see this at the Vino Volo in STL; lucky us. Dark brambles, figs and black pepper with a whiff of barnyard funk. Drank half and took the rest with us to DCA. The next evening it was still drinking really well. Delicious stuff.

Beautiful nose with dry herbs, olives, anchovies and stewed fruit... very soft, acidic, drink ready and has this great lavender after taste
