Drinking best on day two and requires an hour or two of air to really show itself. Ripeness and acidity were in nearly perfect balance. Unlike other Saumur Chenin (such as Armand Lambert Chateau Breze) -The acid is uplifting instead of pallet wrecking.

A real stunner. Honeyed nose with beeswax, mead-like. Palate is all-encompassing, coating, zinging acidity, long finish. Beautiful work.
