Structured and tight with a hint of oak upon opening. Wasn't sure how it would open up BUT THEN 😮😍 < cue white burgundy heaven >
Bruised apple and lemon curd as it opens up. Flinty notes - yes yes yes. Perfectly paired with oysters, mussels and roasted chicken. Bouchon FTW 🙏🏼
