Very nice minerality, with almost no oak to speak of. A pretty wine that doesn't punch you in the face with any one flavor, but I definitely get a bit of cream and lemon with a very light mouth feel.

Toast aroma. More complex with slight sweet, some pasture, low acid, clean finish. 2007 curious grape tasting.
