Nice little bottle of Burgundy. It took some time to open up - best about 5 hours after poppin' it

Toasted rock. Charred meats. And seriously just go gevrey Chambertin you'll thank me later. This is not bad at all but for the price you could get a lot more of whats here already if you switch up producer and terroir a little.
