Started strong with a lovely profile of Christmas spices, strawberry coulis, a touch prune, leather and cinnamon. Unfortunately with air some strong DMS character developed and overtook the wine. Still a top notch producer IMO, most likely vintage/storage issue. Other ‘07s from Bouissiere were stellar despite the heat of the vintage.
