Been hearing a lot about this producer lately and unfortunately this wasn’t the best first encounter. I’m inclined to say that the bottle was less than pristine with hints of premox popcorn notes developing on the nose. Also lacked energy when compared with the Bereche and Keller - Chardy’s a hard play after those two. It felt packed with material though, so you can sense the potential. One to revisit.
