Gorgeous. Savory earth, beets, maitake, herbs, fall leaves, sandalwood, moss, and turned soil. Began to gain more focus and brambly raspberry/cherry notes, roses. Mineral, almost iron tinged, through out. More terroir driven than LBT.

Burg and a sous-vide chicken tonight because I can't eat pizza and barbera every night. Love this Pinot. Calcareous soil shines expressing beautiful terroir.

Tonight's tasting: Pinots from around the world. Group ranked 5 of 5. My no. 2 ranked. Interesting with generous herbal aromas and a touch of mushroom. Great acidity with bright cherry and tannins. Needs more bottle age but shows promise.
