Merry Christmas!!
375ml. Translucent dark gold color with subtle orange hues. Beeswax, honeysuckle, and butterscotch on the nose. Past prime but I like it and maybe this is how it’s supposed to be. Gets better with air. Nice depth and a long finish.

Dark gold color. Definitely past prime, I think. Burnt caramel and butterscotch on the nose. Same on the palate with a big wax element. Might benefit from a decant. Waxy texture and long, lingering finish. This is growing on me.

Aug 24th, 2025Lovely gold color. Caramel, pineapple, and butter on the nose. Fairly muted on the palate at first then the pineapple jumps out although it seems past prime. Medium depth and medium plus finish.

Feb 24th, 2025375ml. Give this a little time to open up. Beeswax and butterscotch dominate, with some stone fruit. Low acidity with medium plus depth. Very good.
