One could call this a cult wine. Took a while to come by this producer in Japan, but finally found it off-the-beaten track, in Hamamatsu. I reckon it needs time, super reductive on the nose and palate, finally revealed some fruit 2 hours in. Sour cherry and ume to me, sauvage, elegant for sure, heaps of acid.
