Grande Reserve Los Vascos Valle de Colchagua Cabernet Sauvignon
Colchagua Valley, Rapel Valley, Central Valley, ChileCabernet Sauvignon
Top Notes For
Colchagua Valley, Rapel Valley, Central Valley, ChileGood Cabernet, a little raw but overall it has nice structure. There are good earth notes and some pretty nice fruit flavors. Not a lot of darker fruit, but what is there tastes fresh and spicy. A little tannin. Drank nicely with red meat, potatoes, and asparagus. Overall a good solid table wine.

2010 vintage. Cork broke trying to open. Decent flavor and, as I drink more, it's really starting to open up and become more pleasurable. Cork notwithstanding.
