It’s been too long Delectable friends. I’m probably 400 wines behind but I’m back! I thought I’d start with a post from my daughter’s 21st birthday a couple weeks ago. As with most of us on this app, wine is not an avocation it’s a vehicle to build and nurture relationships and community. I have a passion for wine but the human beings you share it with make every experience that much richer and more memorable. Sharing some birth year wines with my daughter on her special day is something that was truly life affirming. The ‘99 Dominus Estate paled in comparison to the ‘99 Beringer that evening but all that really mattered was the company.
