Nov 28th, 2021Definitely should have given this at least 24 hours to open. Way too young to drink. Don't open unless it's 15 years or older. These wines can age 70 to 100 years. So they say.

Smooth as silk, tannins gone, perfectly balanced a steak and mushroom dinner. Crumbled cork, but didn’t affect the wine.

I liked its depth & purity of fruit but this will need more time to shed its tannic structure.
