Crisp and very clean and quite enjoyable with 8%abv. Classic aromas and flavors of green apple, pear, lime, honeysuckle, flint, wet stone and white peach. Off-dry with high acidity, the wine has a lovely balance of fruit and acidity and a long finish. A joy to drink.
