Great place to be right now. Tannins have been dissolved well. Silky smooth palate with a long finish.

11 years later a great light howell mountain wine. Has aged well, ready to drink now.

I don't like merlot, but a really like this wine!

Once it opened up, great cherry and blackberry tones presented with less oak. Very nice bottle.
