Drank between the Chards and reds for the evening. This is drinking incredibly well - very creamy with nice density. Floral, Apple, and pear notes on the nose with a hint of brûlée.

Layers upon layers of apples, pears and creamy yeasty notes with just a hint of caramel. 2006 as a vintage has been good to us the past 6-8months. In a great place.
