Nun Vinya Dels Taus Xarello

Since I do not have many Xarello references in my TN-book, I cannot elaborate on the typicity of this particular bottle. But its flavour profile resembles both White Rhône blends and Chenin. Beeswax, honey, hazelnuts, tropical flowers, earth and brown spices. Mature, some oxidative notes, retaining sufficient acidity. Still very good.
