Les Referts Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Chardonnay

2008 Vintage - Puli in fine form, white flowers, beeswax, the wood could be more integrated, but then the acid wouldn't be as nice as today. Pretty killer.

This was hitting on all cylinders, richly styled with mineral & good length displaying notes of lemon, citrus, pear, chalk, wax & acacia flower.

Still fresh, richly styled with citrus, pear, mineral & white flower.

Richly styled & ripe fruits of lemon citrus, pear, quince, waxy, stony, mineral with white flower & racy acids.

This is a beautiful expression of PM in its prime! Citrus, stone fruits, crushed rocks, flint and acacia flower with perfect acidity. Really liked this btl!

Lemon, pear, honey, pineapple, fat & rich mouth feel, floral with good mineral and acidity.
