Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2020 pours a bright straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with beautiful, lifted notes of ripe tropical fruit; pineapple, star fruit, passion fruit, lemon, freshly struck match, white flowers, gentle warm spices and limestone minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. This is an excellent village wine and love the style. Drink now through 2035.

Zesty, oaky with punchy lemon. Dazzling and fun if a little contacted.

Notes from La Paulee 2023 in NYC. STEELY stony minerality. REDUCTION. High acidity, no oak. Subdued on the nose and phenolic on the palate.
