This is very fine, especially considering the cool 2011 vintage. Strawberry, rhubarb and other red fruits. Smooth, but with sufficient structure to keep it interesting. A great effort.

Hirsch fruit equals tart acidity with scrumptious juice(cranberry, raspberry) and a beautiful polished finish in the hands of this accomplished winemaker. Perfect!

Fruit forward but subtle. Enjoyed more over the hour +

So balanced and well structured with a beautiful nose

Lovely juice the best nose ever.. Great for all senses
