Opened with 30+ minutes of breathing. Cherry cola, peppercorn, vanilla bean. Soft, ripe blackcherry fruit, carries forward on the palate. Juicy and fresh. Better with a little bottle age. Sangio, Cab, Merlot, Syrah.
