メルローは陰干し後収穫しているそうな。
花っぽいニュアンスに、チョコ、ジャム系の甘さが伴う。
後味にピチピチとしたフレッシュ感があって、この辺りはプリミテーボやネグロアマーロにはない感じかな。
甘い系のワインが好きな人にはいいワインだと思う。
