Wonderful '06 a little earthy on the nose, but great fruit and a soft finish

This 1994 hits all the right notes for this Bordeaux lover. The nose displays a smokiness with tobacco, black cherries, and olives. The palate is sharp with cherries, tobacco, cedar with a little chocolate on the end. Tannins provide structure, but are in the background. A lovely wine.

92 wedding. Felt like I was in the vineyard over w decade ago. Great experience. These wines have the stuffing to age. Glass from Coravin.

Jan 2nd, 20151996 vintage. Very much like a Pauillac. Looks, smells, and tastes youthful with a finish that doesn't quit. Delicious.
