dark pee color (!) w/gorgeous nose of petrol & honey, white flowers, apricot & sweet yellow orchard fruit & wet stones. Beguiling… bone dry- gorgeous structure w/strong acidic backbone, mouth full of honey, ginger, apricots… wow - such delightful texture. This flat out rocked!

Love it. Tart fruit, crisp but still smooth. Insanely easy drinking and gluggable. I could chug this stuff like lemonade on a hot day.
