Dull pale straw colour with pleasant herbaceous bouquet. Surprisingly complex for a Pinot Grigio - slightly oily with some butteryness and lime notes which requires you to persevere past the first glass. Drinking this in November in the UK but could absolutely see this as a lovely summer drink. Bought from waitrose.
